The Aspyrre Accelerated Transition Program

We provide:

1.   Tangible Guidance throughout your Transition: Our manual includes step by step processes for career transition, business start up, and executing change.  It’s packed with exercises so that no matter where you are or what you facing, you know what to expect and have specific steps outlined to move you to the next level.

2.   Daily Accountability:  In addition to writing a plan, tracking your assignments, and reporting progress regularly in group meetings, we touch bases daily to make sure you are focused, on track, and in consistent action towards your goals. 

3.   Emotional Support:  It’s normal to feel like you are on an emotional rollercoaster during transition.  In fact there are predictable emotions that show up in each phase of change.  Aspyrre provides a safe forum to learn what to expect, share experiences with others, and work through exercises to keep you confident and personally powerful throughout the transition process. 

Program Details:

Structure:

·         (3) coaching calls each month – up to 90-minutes.  Calls are on Tuesdays from 12:30-2:00pm with one week off each month

·         Daily accountability check in via e-mail

·         Training modules, assignments, and progress reports sent and tracked via e-mail. 

Investment: 

·         $300 per month (minimum recommended commitment is 3-6 months)

Enrollment Process:

·         Request a welcome packet via e-mail, which includes a coaching agreement, policy overview, and instructions for setting up your subscription. 

·         Set up your subscription to the program by clicking on the button below:

·         Once your welcome packet is returned and subscription is in place, you will receive module one of your program manual via e-mail.  This includes your initial assignments and instructions for joining the next group call. 

·         Each new client also receives a private welcome call, where we review your initial goals, get all your initial questions answered, and get you started with the program on a powerful note.

Why does the group meet on the phone instead of in person? 

For this type of group, it’s critical to meet frequently, and just as critical for each participant to use time wisely.  Driving to and from a meeting spot usually adds at least an hour to the meeting time, which adds up quickly since we meet almost every week.  You will find that work via phone and e-mail provides more confidentiality, and gives you time to get more done both before and after the meeting.  To give you the best of both worlds, I do offer opportunities for group members to meet in person on top of our regularly scheduled calls. 

Because I do not have predictable income, I feel like I shouldn’t pay for a program.  How can I justify making the investment?  

It’s scary not having an income, and it’s also scary not knowing the future.  Everything about this program is designed to get you experiencing success several months faster than you would otherwise.  And the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.  While you can’t know exactly how long it will take to achieve your goal, if you get there just 1-2 months faster than you would on your own, you will recoup your investment several times over. 

Is there an opportunity to get individual coaching as part of this program?

Absolutely.  You can upgrade to an individual coaching program for either $650 or $900 per month, or you can purchase packages of 3-10 individual coaching sessions along the way if you need them.
