Current Limited-Time Pricing (as of June 2008)

Due to the current economic climate, we have three discounted coaching programs.   This pricing is available for a limited time, while there is space. 

• Career Transition Group Program:  $159 per month.  For more information go to www.thrivingintransition.com
• Business Owners Group Program:  $295 per month.  (or $1500 for 6 months paid up front)
• Private Coaching - 5 month / 10 session program:  $350 per month (or $1500 paid up front)

Industry Pricing

If you shop around for coaches, you will find a wide range of prices.  For individual and small business owners, coaching prices range from $250 to $1500 per month, and for larger business owners and high level corporate executives, prices run from $3000 to $5000 per month.

Typically, newer coaches who are just beginning to fill their practices are at the lower end of the range, and more established coaches with significant corporate experience fall at the higher end.

Some things to consider as you are making your decision:

1.  If you work hard with your coach, your life will change significantly.  Most people spend 40 - 80K on a college degree; working one on one with a coach is like having an intense learning program designed specifically for you.

2.  If hiring a private coach at this time would put you out of financial integrity, there are several other options:

a.  Group programs offer classes, workshops, e-coaching, small-group coaching, on-line tools, and many other services designed to move you forward towards your goals, for a low monthly fee that is more accessible, usually between $150 and $350 per month.   

b.  You can often negotiate a one time strategy session or a short term package, which is perfect to help you reality check a critical decision or get some objective help on a career or business plan.    You can ask about a short term package that includes a few coaching sessions along with e-mail support when we talk on the phone.

c.  The most experienced coaches are not always the best.  Sometimes newer coaches come into the field with years of experience in other professions, and have insight that is a perfect match for your current situation.   Don't be afraid to interview a few different coaches with different backgrounds, and see who you feel most comfortable with.

Bottom line - don't ever assume coaching is out of reach for you.  If you are ready to commit to doing the introspective work and making a significant change in your life, there's a program out there somewhere that will work for you.  If the programs at Aspyrre do not meet your needs, we have an extensive network of other coaches we can refer you to.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

For individual coaching, whether you are a business owner or an individual, we currently follow a "per session" fee schedule as follows:
