Nahid Casazza, MBA, is the founder of Aspyrre. She works with people who want to make a big professional change like starting a business, taking a business to the next level, changing careers, or establishing a strong image in a new corporate environment.   In addition to private coaching, Nahid facilitates workshops and success teams to support clients as they challenge themselves to rise to the next level of success. She also speaks regularly at Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and other professional groups in Southern California.

Nahid has a Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University. Prior to founding her own firm she spent fifteen years training, marketing, recruiting, and mentoring at two of the largest privately held companies in America: Day and Zimmerman and Kingston Technology. In both companies, she was strongly affected by the culture, which allowed employees the freedom to grow and develop their natural talents. Having successfully completed several transitions herself, she strongly encourages clients to believe in themselves and create the life they want.
