Connect with your fellow Aspyrre members on your schedule, whenever you are feeling reflective….
A few Ground Rules: No selling of course. But also no analyzing each other, giving advice, or offering help and suggestions if it hasn’t been specifically asked for. Remember, trying to “help” someone else is often more about you than them and could be crossing a boundary.
Listen well, acknowledge, and let people know when something they shared inspired you or got you thinking about a new idea. Allow people their opinions, feelings, stories, and experiences.
This is where we can have deep conversations about the meaning of life and everything else that matters. I would love to see you share personal successes, ask questions, vent about where you are stuck, and continue conversations we started on phone calls. No one can see our conversation but those I have personally allowed in. If you are a current Aspyrre client, all you have to do is request to join through facebook and I will approve you.
This is a somewhat private group in that I need to approve people who want to join, but it’s open for non-members as well as members to participate. This is where we discuss leadership and how our own personal growth makes us more effective as leaders. We will often post Aspyrre blog articles or other interesting articles and discuss them. The more conversation the better – and here is where we can build a very strong network for all of our Aspyrre members that reaches outside our immediate community.
This is for anyone on facebook to see – our goal is to let people know the kinds of things we talk about, inviting them to join our conversation. Kathy posts fun questions a couple of times per week and we would love to see as many of you as possible check in. Also this is a perfect place to share your favorite self-improvement books, quotes, and other resources that you enjoy.
This is not a forum so much as the official page for Aspyrre, but you can help us get more exposure as an organization by referring to it from time to time, and I think you can also post to it. For now, we are posting our events to this page and using it as a place to update what we are up to as an organization.
5. Private Writers Blog –
This is our private blog where the writers in our group can share and read each others writing and provide feedback. You need to be a member of this group to post, but I think you can read and comment without being a member. If you are interested in participating, please contact Nahid or Kathy and we can set you up.
