Policies and Procedures – Aspyrre Community
Welcome to the Aspyrre Community! I am delighted to be working with you, and want to set a tone in the beginning of our relationship that enables us to work comfortably and professionally together. Therefore, on a business note, I want you to be familiar with our policies before we begin. If you have any questions whatsoever, please feel free to call me.
SUBSCRIPTION SET UP: The fee for Aspyrre Community on-line membership is $45 per month, and can only be set up through this website using a paypal account (free to set up). Paypal is a secure financial transaction system that enables you to use any major credit card as well as your bank account to process payments. It is your responsibility to keep your credit card or payment method current in your paypal account.
SUBCRIPTION CANCELATION: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your paypal account. However, my desire is that you stay with our community long term, so I appreciate at least a two week notice, and even better, ongoing communication about what is working for you and what isn’t, so that we can continue to improve the value of membership.
LIBRARY USAGE: All tools, tele-class recordings, and files in the library are fully copyrighted and for the use of individual paying Aspyrre Community Members only! This means I want you to fully enjoy and utilize the tools while you are a member, but please don’t download more than what you will use at one time, and please don’t send copies of the files to anyone else. Also, if you choose to cancel your membership, you are no longer authorized to use the files.
GUEST POLICY: Members are allowed to bring a guest to one session for free, as long as the guest sends an RSVP form and includes your name and his or her phone number and e-mail. Each guest is only allowed to attend one free session, and we hope after that, they decide to join! We will only use your guest’s contact information to send one follow up e-mail after the class inviting them to become a member, and to keep them on a list of prior guests, so we can keep track of who has already attended a session for free.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING: Individual coaching is not included in Aspyrre Community membership; however if you we often offer special packages for members who would like to be coached individually to complement their group work with the community. If you are interested in individual coaching, please talk to Nahid directly, and she can provide you with options based on your needs.
