There is no charge for this event, but we need to know who is coming for two reasons:
- The size of the group will determine how we facilitate the discussion, and how we set up the room.
- If we have handouts we will e-mail them to participants the night before to minimize printing costs.
Please RSVP by sending Nahid an e-mail using the contact form on this website. And, read on for more information…
Books we plan to discuss at upcoming meetings (click the image of the book for more information on Amazon):
Purpose of Group:
To enable business leaders to have insight into the perspectives and experiences of peers in diverse environments, which they can apply to more effectively handle daily challenges and opportunities in their work.
- Be interested, not interesting
- First names only (so we get to know each other as people before profession)
- Listen deeply, respond thoughtfully, create a safe space for others to share diverse perspectives
- Share experiences and perspectives – NOT problems and solutions
- We can be a brain trust
