Coaching can be the most positive and powerful gift you can give someone, because it can truly change a life. On the work front, it can develop a manager with high potential into a truly great leader, and personally, coaching can reduce stress, strengthen relationships, and provide the self-awareness and guidance a person needs to build a life around their true values.
When giving coaching as a gift, it’s important to understand that the value will be determined by how much your recipient engages in the process. They have to want to be coached, be comfortable with the coach, and be willing to put some tough introspective work in, if they want great results. If they engage, the experience will usually be better than they ever imagined. If you aren’t sure if your recipient will engage in the process, click here to read an article that can give you guidance in making a decision about whether or not to give them a coaching gift, and if so, which one would be the best fit.
Aspyrre is offering several coaching packages that you can offer as gifts this year to employees, friends, or family:
Leadership Development – One Year Private Coaching
Private Coaching Sampler – One Month
Community Coaching Programs – Low Budget / High Value Group Programs
While our offices are closed during the holidays, I am monitorning e-mail on a regular bases, and can send you paperwork and an invoice usually within 24 hours of your request. What I usually provide is a welcome packet that outlines details of the coaching program you are enrolling them in, and you can package it however you like. I will send an invoice to you via e-mail, and the program activates upon receipt of payment.
If you are in a hurry and I am not immediately available, here are some options:
The Leadership Development Program and Private Coaching Sampler are custom, and we will normally start with a getting to know you phone call – where all the details get worked out. In this case, it’s perfectly appropriate for you to create your own gift certificate, and we’ll schedule the introductory phone call (with no obligation to move forward) before confirming details and handling payment.
For the Community Coaching Program, if you cannot reach me, you may download the pdf version of the welcome packet, which will give your recipient something to read and start thinking about right away. Note that the program will not activate until I receive your information and payment is received, but you can get the process started with something tangible without the worry of waiting for me to respond (especially if it’s close to midnight on Christmas eve!) When you click on the community coaching program link above, details are available along with the download for the welcome packet.
