Coaching one individual in an organization, even a powerful individual, is not usually enough to change a culture. If your organization is comprised of 30 people or more, and you’d like to shift to a higher functioning culture, Aspyrre offers many tools to get you there.
Typically we will design a program for you which includes:
- A needs assessment to define where you are now and where you want to be
- A defined set of metrics you can use to track change
- Professional development programs that include both individual and group learning
- Periodic tracking and progress checks
Getting Started
Since your organization is unique, we usually start with an organizational assessment, and provide several options for next steps as part of the debrief. There is no obligation to purchase an Aspyrre program after the assessment. This enables you to get the clarity you need while also providing maximum choice in terms of your strategy moving forward.
