Hiring a coach can be stressful if you haven’t done it before, so here are some general tips and information, along with an outline of the process we would go through together if you were to consider hiring me as your coach:

STEP ONE – TELEPHONE CONSULTATION

The process starts with an initial telephone consultation.  This conversation is complimentary, and we use it to: 

1. Go over your current situation and what you most want to get out of coaching
2. Get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. 
3. Review the different Aspyrre programs to see which ones would best meet your needs in terms of structure, format, and budget
4. Provide you with information and resources so you can easily make a decision, including referrals to non-Aspyrre programs or coaches if you would like to compare style, programs, or pricing.

The phone conversation usually lasts between 20 and 30 minutes.   At the end of the call, you may want to get started right away, or you may have more research to do before making a decision.  Either way, my intention is that you leave the call with a sense of clarity about your situation and your next steps. 

STEP TWO - COMPLETE WELCOME PACKET

Once we decide to work together, we can get started quickly.  I will send you a welcome packet via e-mail that includes questions about you and your goals, as well as an overview of Aspyrre standard policies, a coaching agreement, and payment information.  The packet can be returned via e-mail, and payment can be made on-line.  As soon as payment is completed, we can schedule our first coaching session.

STEP THREE – GET COACHED!

Usually coaching sessions are on the telephone, with e-mail dialogue between calls.  Some programs involve assignments or assessments and in person meetings.  Once our partnership begins, we will interact frequently, and you can expect to be more clear, focused, and motivated, as well as to experience periods of frustration as you face the challenges inherent in personal growth and change.   All of this is part of the process, and the most successful clients communicate honestly, introspectively, and often throughout our relationship.  Hiring a coach is one of the most important and valuable investments that you will make.  Congratulations, and be ready to transform!
