Industry Pricing

If you shop around for coaches, you will find a wide range of prices.  For individuals and new business owners, coaching prices range from $250 to $1200 per month, and for more established businesses and high level corporate executives, prices can run from $2500 to $5000 per month or more, just depending on the type of work that is done.

The wide range in pricing has a lot to do with the complexity and experience required when coaching within an organization, whether leadership training and performance consulting are included, and who the stakeholders are.  If you are looking for coaching for yourself, and you are the only stakeholder, you normally can expect something in the lower range; if there are complicated organizational issues and multiple stakeholders, you will typically find yourself at the higher end.

Aspyrre Pricing

For all programs, the process at Aspyrre starts with a phone call, where I ask you questions about your current situation and what you want to accomplish as a result of the work we do together.  If you represent an organization, we may follow up with a more in-depth needs assessment.  The quote will vary based on your situation, but you should feel free to use the following guide to get you thinking about your budget.

Executive / Leadership / Business Coaching Typical program includes initial assessments or goal-setting meetings, 2-4 coaching sessions per month, with designated progress review meetings 2 to 4 times per year. $1500 – $2500 per month
Career Transition and New Business Coaching Self-paced program includes step by step transition process and guides, weekly progress check ins, and 2-3 coaching sessions each month. $650 – $900 per month
Volume Packages for Individuals Packages of 5 to 20 coaching sessions, paid for in advance $350 – $650 per month
Assessments, Strategy, and Progress Review Packages Written questionnaire, followed by personal interviews, coaching, and strategy meeting, and follow up recommendations, $450 – $2500 per package based on the depth of assessment.
On-site Group Programs Typically involves 3-6 hour on-site programs and follow up coaching for participants. $2500 – $4500 per day depending on degree of customization, and type of follow up coaching.
Aspyrre Community On-line forum dedicated to personal growth and professional development, including a resource library, blogs, discussion forums, and  5-7 hours of live training each month Subscription based membership – $45  per month.

coaching, you can completely focus on yourself.
