Welcome to Aspyrre!
If you are a new client, you will receive a welcome packet via e-mail that includes general policies and procedures, a coaching agreement for you to sign and return, and a client information form with questions to get us started on our work together. For your reference, here is some of the standard information included in the welcome packet:
GENERAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
PAYMENT: Payment in full is due on the first of each month or in advance of our first coaching session in a package. You may pay by check, paypal, or credit card. Credit card transactions are processed through paypal for your security, and you do not need a paypal account for this service.
COACHING SESSIONS: Each coaching session is generally 30 – 60 minutes by telephone. You will find that sometimes we communicate very efficiently and you get what you need from the conversation quickly, and other times we’ll need more time. The time we spend interacting by phone and e-mail will be co-designed based on your needs. You may reschedule a session, but please give me 24 hours notice so I can manage my schedule effectively. Sessions DO NOT carry over past the expiration period. .
MISSED SESSIONS: If you miss a session without giving me adequate notice, you will still be charged for the session.
LENGTH OF SERVICE: You may renew your package as many times as you like, and I will send you a renewal invoice if we have not discussed completion. If you will not be renewing, please give me notice well before your last session, so we can both plan accordingly.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Everything we discuss is confidential unless there is a compelling professional reason for its disclosure, such as to prevent harm to you or someone else.
COACH DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY (Must be signed and agreed to before our work together begins)
Client hereby employs Nahid Casazza as Coach for the purpose of advising and supporting Client with respect to Client’s business and skills, personal development, and setting and achieving Client’s goals. Nahid has professional training and experience in such matters and agrees to render such coaching services.
Client understands and Nahid agrees that she is not an employment agent, a business manager, a financial analyst or a psychotherapist, and that she has not promised, shall not be obligated to, and will not: (1) procure or attempt to procure any employment, business or sales for the Client; (2) perform any business management functions such as accounting services, tax or investment consulting, or advise with regard thereto; or (3) act as a therapist, providing psychological counseling, psychoanalysis or behavioral therapy.
Client understands that all choices and all consequences of choices made, as a result of Nahid’s coaching, are entirely the responsibility and choosing of the client.
