What is the Business Leaders Forum?
The Business Leaders Forum is a new program in development, and I am currently interviewing business leaders to test the concept. If you fit the profile below, I would love to interview you.
Who Qualfiies to Interview?
THE PROFILE:
1. You are a business leader:
a. You own a small business with at least five employees
b. You work in an organization and have a team of five or more reporting to you
2. The way you communicate with your team strongly impacts productivity and results in your organization
3. You frequently make decisions that impact the direction and success of the organization
4. You don’t have a lot of extra time, but if you did, it would be a great value to get the perspectives and experiences of other business leaders facing similar challenges
What does the Interview Entail?
The interview is on the telephone and should take only 20 – 30 minutes of your time. It includes 10 – 15 questions about what challenges business leaders face, and what resources they have access to when they need support. I will also be sharing my idea about the forum to get your initial reaction - and learn what I might be missing. Your perspective is incredibly valuable to me, because I am not in your shoes every day. It’s important to note that I don’t expect you to “know” any answers. If you just provide me with a reaction based on your individual perspective, it will provide me with the greatest value. My goal is to interview 30 or more different people and learn from the patterns and themes that emerge from the responses.
What will I Receive in Exchange for my Time?
I realize you are busy, and I appreciate your willingness to offer me your time. If you complete an interview with me, I would be happy to provide your choice of a telephone coaching session on any topic or an Aspyrre tool such as a recorded class or workbook, again on a topic of your choice. I’m also happy to provide you with the results of my research should that interest you.
