As 2007 President of the Orange County Chapter of the
International Coach Federation, inspired the team to put
on a cutting edge event to bring awareness of coaching
to the business community in just three weeks, which won
the chapter an international “Finding your Voice” award,
distinguishing us amongst 150 chapters worldwide.

Developed a Success Team program for NAWBO (the National
Association of Women Business Owners), where women
business owners are coached in groups, providing a
supportive environment that reduces stress and
accelerates their business success.

Created trainings, written materials and configuration
models that were recognized industry-wide as the source
of information on computer memory, substantiating
Kingston as the number one brand world-wide.

Distinguished and launched two specific product segments
to serve customer needs: a high-end server memory line
for mission critical corporate systems, and the
“ValueRAM” line for retail and consumer channels. These
initiatives significantly increased penetration in both
markets.

Managed a data-mart project that enabled Kingston to
analyze sales data in near real time, and quickly
respond to changes in the market.
