Values Based Goal Setting Class

Thank you for purchasing the values based goal setting class!   From this page you will be able to download three files:

1.  The audio file of the class in MP3 format.  The class was given live as a teleclass; expect some natural interaction among participants as you listen.  If your web browser says that it doesn’t support this file type, don’t panic.  You can still save the file to your computer and play it in just about any media player. Make sure the volume on your computer is up or that you use a headset for the best auditory experience. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact me for help.

2.  A 16 page presentation in pdf format.  You can pull this presentation up and go through it as you listen to the class.  For most slides I have prompted you when to move to the next slide.  

3. A one page handout for your notes and thoughts.  This is also in pdf format, Please print it out and have it with you while you listen to the class, so you can take notes on it.

Tips:  When you click on the files below, they will either open or run automatically OR you will get an option to download or save the files.   My recommendation is to download / save all three files first so that you have time to print out the handout and open up the presentation before starting the audio file.  Then you can continue to listen to them at your leisure or delete them when you are done.   If the file automatically opens you can use “save as” to do this.  Please remember that this is copyrighted information that you have purchased for your personal use only.  All rights are reserved.
