We all know that putting business systems in place will give us more space to think strategically, but how feasible is it to carve out time to build and implement new systems while you have critical issues you are dealing with on a daily basis? Most business owners start out enthusiastically and but can’t sustain the effort if it requires too much time to implement. In this session we will focus on simple systems that are realistic and easy to implement so you can get your head above water and move forward effectively.
