Transition and Change
In this class we will address common transitions that happen at work and in your personal life, and support you in navigating them successfully. You may have recently been promoted above your peers, be thinking about a career change, starting a business, or you may be dealing with family issues that are draining and making it difficult to concentrate. In addition to supporting you through your specific work or personal transition, we will discuss the process of change and the natural fears and emotional ups and downs that happen as we navigate through each stage.
You’ll find our change models especially helpful whether you are going through personal or relationship changes, a job / career change, a move, or just a hard push to break through to a new level of success.
This class is highly recommended for new members to the Aspyrre group coaching program, as we will spend time reviewing the tools and support system you have available to you as part of our community, and create opportunities for you to get to know others who share similar life situations, goals, and values.
This class will generally be held on the second Tuesday of the month, at 4pm pacific time, 7pm eastern time.
