Business Leaders Program – Systemize Your Business Class
Too many people get caught in the frenzy of working 14 hour days just to stay on top of all the tasks required to run operations, and then they lose momentum on actually moving their organizations forward, and growing productively towards their goals.
In this class we will be looking at your organization as a system and continuously improving how it works to serve your purpose.
The return on investment that comes from running your organization like a well-oiled machine comes not only in operational efficiency, but also in peace of mind. It helps you get out of the weeds, think strategically, effectively prioritize, make good decisions and feel in control of this entity you’re in charge of, instead of the other way around.
This class will generally be held on the first Wednesday of the month, at 4pm pacific time, 7pm eastern time.
- Traction, by Gino Wickman
- Death by Meeting, by Patrick Lencioni
- Scaling Up, Verne Harnish
- E-Myth, Michael Gerber
