How much of your time each day do you spend dealing with problems, crises, and tasks that have to “get done” in order to keep your operations running smoothly? This is a common challenge that is often cited as the number one reason so many small businesses fail to meet revenue goals.
The Systemize Your Business program includes on-line videos, group coaching, and 1-1 coaching with business owners who want to take their businesses to the next level, in a streamlined and organized manner so that they get the most back from the efforts they put in.
Participants range from those who are just starting out with a business idea and are thinking things through before they launch, to those who have established businesses with 10 – 50 employees and are working on scaling up.
We use several resources in this program, including:
- The E-Myth and Beyond, by Michael Gerber
- Scaling Up by Verne Harnish
- The Lean Start Up by Eric Ries
The book or program you start with will depend on where you are now and what you most need to get to your next step.
While almost every business owner loves the idea of systemizing their business, only a few actually dedicate themselves to applying the principles throughout their organizations, to the point where they no longer have to be there to monitor things. After systemizing their businesses, they have more time and money than they need at their disposal, and can move on to something new, whether it’s traveling, going back to school, spending time with family, or starting the next business. Here is an excerpt from an interview with Mark Tyssee, CEO of Mesa International Technologies, where he explains how he did it:
This is what I want for you. It’s not hard, but it requires a consistent effort, and working with the constant support of an Aspyrre coach or mentor greatly increases the likelihood that you will stick with it.
If you would like to have us mentor you through the business systemizing process, step by step, you can send an e-mail to schedule a consultation (20-30 minutes on the phone) and we will go over your current situation, what you want to accomplish, and provide you with a variety of options.
You don’t have to be a big established organization to get great value from this program – here is a story of a long time Aspyrre client who is experimenting with starting a business while she is still working – notice how the approach we are using takes the fear and the risk out of the business start up process.
If you’d like to talk about how you can participate in this program, or have questions – send me an e-mail and we can get a short call on the calendar. I’d be delighted to hear about your business idea and discuss ways Aspyrre can help you get started on it!
